ASMS Reboot 2020!

The ISIC-EPFL mass spectrometry platform team present a poster at the American society of mass spectrometry (ASMS2020) annual conference. Unfortunately, this year the Face-to-Face 68th ASMS Conference was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Even if recording a talk is completely different from present a poster, we are excited to present this poster and video summarizing over 10 years of work. We introduce the old & new functionalities of ms.epfl.ch. As you can see surfing in the web page, the ISIC-EPFL MStoolbox can be used for a wide range of HRMS applications: (i) Basic theoretical calculations, (ii) Easycont to track classical contaminants or generate your own database, (iii) Apm2s which calculates all possible fragmentations from a given protein/peptide sequence (iv) The new oligonucleotide tool, Aom2s, for characterization of DNA/RNA fragment ions, (v) MSPolyCalc which offers assisted data interpretation to target the needs of polymer chemist and (vi) Advanced data analysis of complex samples with mixture.
